CS Hydro Group is a woman-owned specialty trade contractor founded by two sisters and their mother to do hard work well — and to open the specialty trades to more people, and more kinds of people, while doing it.
CS Hydro Group, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation established in 2026 by sisters Marlee Arnold and Devon Arnold, with their mother Ruth Arnold as CEO and majority shareholder. The company was built to provide industrial hydroblasting and hydrodemolition services — and to do it under women's leadership from day one.
Two service lines, one method, same crew: traditional hydroblasting for surface preparation, coating removal, and concrete profiling to spec; and hydrodemolition for controlled, selective concrete removal around rebar where mechanical demolition would damage the steel or substrate.
We work for engineers, GCs, and architects across public infrastructure — dams, water treatment, ports, bridges, highways — and private work: condos, commercial, industrial. The method is precise. The water is controlled. The standard is: the client signs off, or we're still on it.

CHG is overwhelmingly women-owned. The aggregate woman-owned ownership interest is 99%: Ruth Arnold holds 51% of the equity and serves as Chief Executive Officer; Marlee Arnold holds 23% and serves as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President; Devon Arnold holds 23% and serves as Chief Management Officer and Secretary.
